All products and services sold by PostNow are digital in nature, including social media content pieces such as captions, hooks, hashtags, visual concepts, and monthly content calendars. Nothing sold through this store involves a physical item, and no shipping, packaging, or physical delivery is ever involved.

Instant Delivery and Access
Upon successful payment, access to your purchased content or subscription plan is delivered instantly by email. Because delivery is immediate and the content becomes accessible right away, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted.

Subscription Cancellations
If you have purchased a subscription plan (Spark, Glow, Blaze, or Viral), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling will stop future billing cycles, but does not retroactively refund amounts already charged for the current or past billing periods unless otherwise required by law.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as: a duplicate or accidental charge, a technical error that prevented delivery of your purchased content, or a billing discrepancy. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge in question.

Non-Refundable Situations
